Russian School of Mathematics - Belmont

They give great advanced math classes for students who need support to grow in academic progress.

If I could, this would be 0 stars. You don't learn anything and people who knew the content would be learning from their parents instead. Terrible curriculum, teachers/staff, and everything about the RSM.

Russian Math offers a combination of rigorous math education, introducing various operations - such as algebraic thinking - much sooner than school curriculum, and exposes students also to numerical reasoning exercises. This knowledge will give your students a head start at their schools and will prepare them for entry exams, such as IEES, for selective independent schools in case you are interested. We have two students enrolled - at different levels and both are thriving. Homework is not much - less then an hour, but helps students to consolidate learning in the classroom. Classroom sessions are typically 2 hours (with a snack break)...many parents use it to do their shopping at Star Market just across the street. This is an excellent Russian Math School with wonderful teachers - rigorous, yet kind and supporive, friendly and a professional staff, and wonderful facilities with parking space availabilities and immediate access to bus connections (bus 73 to Harvard) and train (Waverly station).

It sounds like an interesting activity. However, we found issues and were told things that did not happen every time we tried to enroll our kids here. Very disappointing customer experience.

Excellent experience with RSM Belmont, amazing teachers and very nice stuff!
